Mcdonald's - Kansas City

The management likes to cover the costs and claim that it belongs several times after filling my order. Don't have the cup of water I requested, or the bottle for which they accused me. Everything else was great so it makes me sad to do this, but this is shameful management and customer service.

I love the way I get what I order now, the service is for everyone in the area. Good job people. I can make this a dinner if you want?

I think this has to be the worst McDonald?s in Kansas City. What kills it is they?re in the best location right off the expressway. This location is one of those ?if I have to? locations. I mischievous prefer to go out of my way to Rainbow Blvd, Kansas Ave or the other location on Independance Ave. this place ALWAYS gets your order wrong. No fail on that! I blame their leadership, or at least I?d like to. I living here for five years and they are by far the worst. I mean it?s McDonald?s, they have a whole system in place. Anyway just check your order before leaving because it?s bound to be wrong.

The best I have for years, the food was always fresh, they are from the chain old school there baby, they still put salt on them. Amen thank Jesus . Never had they got my order wrong and so far it was good every time. Yes, keep up the good work and we'll be back.

I love the McDonald's on Prospect through the I-70 outputs. You always get my order right. They also have great staff and the foods are always hot fresh and fast.
