Mcdonald's - Kansas City

The service and quality have gone completely down in the last months. many employees turnover seems it. the personal was great in the past.

I ordered a large and paid $5 for the large latte. I got iced coffee in medium size. Couldn't go in to get it fixed and line was to long to go back through.

I have went to this McDonald's for years and I always get extra mayo on my mcchickens. For some reason recently they are now charging me 50 cents for the extra mayo. A condiment? Like the sauces I completely understand. But I have never once been charged extra for it at any other McDonald's. And again they didn't start charging me extra till recently.

When we talk about fast food, let me tell you this McDonald's is spot on. Its fast, the food is hot and fresh, and the employees are absolutely amazing. If your ever in Claycomo MO and need to pick up a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner, i totally recommend stopping in here. You wont be disappointed.

Same food, different location. You wait for 10 cars to move through the line. Then you still have to pull forward and wait 5 more minutes. 9 times out of 10 your order is messed up. McDonalds lost 1 star permanently for no longer carrying Steak Egg Cheese Bagels. They keep making changes to their menu but the food is still Bland. At least they still have Good fries.
