Church's Chicken - Kansas City

The food at this restaurant was old, dry, and hard. The fries were especially bad. I spent $27 for my family and the kids didn't even want to eat it. It felt like the restaurant was being greedy.

I was here a few times. Everyone is disgusting. The chicken is whiter than golden brown and the frits and cookies don't deserve better companions.

Every time I come to this place, they either have never spicy chicken, lie to me about spicy chicken, just to get my sale, or never give me honey if I ask. The only ride through where I can't expect decent service.

On the way to a concert for a chicken. We were totally shocked that they had no inside seats. We are past Covid problems so that do not understand that no interior seats. Food was really good and the service was good.

Bought a 5 piece tender combo and the chicken tenders were not even room temperature and they were super tough like they had been under a heat lamp for a couple of hours. Sad that this place does not believe in making quality products.
