It’s quite disappointing to see the lack of professionalism, hospitality and sense of urgency in such a restaurant which is at a key location of Shyam Nagar. Have visited the restaurant many times over past few years, the initial experience was good however it’s getting poor day by day. Also if you order food online via Swiggy/Zomato they are least bothered about timeline, service and barely any commitment to their customers. 2 stars for the food, facility they have maintained so far and the ambiance they get because of strategic location. Restaurant and reception is at 2nd floor, could be accessed by lift or staircase. Frankly, have a enjoyable moment with pocket friendly expense but taste is average.
