Mary Brown's Chicken - Kanata

I only bought chicken tenders this time. The chicken is still delicious and much better tasting than KFC. Unfortunately, the tenders are getting pretty small, to the point where the edges are almost shaved... really thin on the sides. The prices have gone up since Covid started. Some of the prices are ludicrous such as the coleslaw. Cabbage is still one of the cheapest vegetables on the market. The banana pudding is back but only in a tiny size and overpriced. They should bring back the sizes they had before. Still waiting for the onion rings to come back.

Remember “ where’s the Beef” ? Well now it’s where’s the chicken. 3 tenders were extremely thin . I basically got 1 tender sliced in 3 . Left there still very hungry . Unacceptable . Service was good though.

One bread of the burger I bought had mold on it. The chicken was dry and lack of sauce. It wasn’t tasty.

The seasoning on the chicken and fries is very bland like eating cardboard. The crunch is good, but that's pretty much it. You definitely need either gravy or dipping sauce if you want to enjoy your meal.Kinda disappointed as friends hyped it up to be so good.

The staff here are so chill especially the tall, skinny guy at the cash ? and they always have good promos going on! I love going to this place for fried chicken and taters/fries ?
