Hungry Jack's Burgers Kallangur

Had to wait 17 minutes for our order which coincided with staff being on a break.

I swear the staff there are on drugs or something. Very poor service and communication. All my food was thrown into the bag. They where useless at there job. Terrible customer service and the food was cold. Never again

Never had such shocking service in ny life! I ordered my food (one burger) at 3:05 online enterd the drive through at 3:06 left the drive through at 3:42 the machines you take your order with weren't working so they would take everyone's order at the last window and make there order while there at the window they couldn't even take your order and put people in the waiting bay so others could get through but once we entered the drive through we were trapped and had to go through and too top it off the lady that served us couldn't even say sorry for the wait or give us are order for free since we had to wait nearly 40 minutes stuck in the drive through honestly whoever manages this restraunt needs to go 8th graders have better problem solving skills you should of stopped taking orders and blocked of the drive through or at least take peoples orders and put them in the waiting bay

Disorganised not enough staff. Staff poorly trained. Burnt coffee by leaving it in machine whilst going off to make something else before dispensing then left it dispensed to go cold whilst getting an ice cream for another customer never seen a coffee take so long to make.Had 2 very awful coffees only place for coffee unfortunatelyVisited again and had a really good coffee.
