Bidrage med feedbackSolid slice of cheese, crust was very good also. The very first time I got a pizza here, I was not that impressed because it was delivered and slightly cold already which made the pizza little soggy. I would reheat in a pan again for that extra crunch at the bottom. When you go there and grab a slice it's very good, perfectly reheated for you with a nice crunch.
The pizza here is elite. Great service and seriously some of the best pizza in all the land.
My buddy from NY who swears by their pies being the best recommended this place. So now I have to try an authentic New York style pizza. We needed a few so we ordered a margarita, a cheese and pepperoni and a meatball. The first thing that surprised me was the meatballs were flat...lol. Although flat, the meatball pizza was very good. The pepperoni had the smaller sized which curved when heated. The pizza along with the consistency of the dough and sauce was very good. And the margarita ? Ditto, a great thin crust NY style pizza. I'm glad I was able to try this pizza and will definitely be having it again. Minus one star for not experiencing the dining at the location but I intend to in the near future.
First time in the Wells Fargo food court and I am planning my next trip.Saw Danny boys pizza in a news segment and the pizza did not disappoint. I went for the mushroom with garlic topped offed with fresh basil. New York crust with a slight Crispiness- the added bonus was the slight pleasant after taste of the dough.Service was friendly, attentive and they were fast. It is a quick work lunch place and you can't go wrong with these prices. Worth a try if you work downtown.
What stops me from giving the spot a full 5 stars is two things: the pizza can be a little too salty and it can be on the expensive side. Theres no deals here at all. I can't see myself paying close to $40 for a pizza like that. I spent over $60 for two pizzas. For me there's no stand out break out reason for me to continue to do that. The pizza is good yes, but it's just overpriced. $20 for wings as well. That's a hard one to accept too. I've had the pizza three times, the second time was just a pizza by the slice and the third time my friend and I threw half n half and it just feels the prices keep getting higher and higher. Maybe it's the location being on bunker hill and they get all the people from the museum and the concert hall along with the hotels there. Sure you may get the out of towners and the people passing through but for myself as a local I'm looking for more.
