Blue Samurai Sushi Grill - Kalispell

My fiancé and I agreed this was the most overpriced, poor tasting sushi we’ve ever had. When we let the manager know that the fish tasted as if there were cleaning chemicals still on the cutting board, she said thanks for letting her know. No refund, no customer service, no apology. Server was rude and annoyed at us requesting water multiple times because she kept forgetting. Before the restaurant replies to this denying this happened, know that we came in in mid-June of 2023, and I meant to leave a review but forgot until a friend asked me how their sushi was, and then I realized I had not followed through! I actively do NOT recommend this place, save your money for somewhere else, like Chi Cafe if you want fresh sushi quality fish for a fair price.

Blue Samurai is one of the better sushi spots in the area. Nothing exceptional, but it’s still great. We frequent Blue Samurai, especially since they’re one of the only places in the area to eat that’s open till 10pm. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Delicious. Accommodating. Good service. We had a large party and went early, but I suggest you make a reservation if you can't get in close to opening time!

We had a reservation for 6 pm and the restaurant was maybe half full, the hostess was really rude and had us go to the back and wait a good 15 minutes, no apology, treated us like an inconvenience. Once we were finally seated she acted like she was doing us a favor. We had a baby and asked for a high chair, she didn’t bother ever bringing one. Her attitude was so unprofessional. The sushi was decent but I’ve definitely had better. Probably won’t be back after this experience.
