Bidrage med feedbackWe met in the evening directly at the restaurant with my girlfriend and her husband. We hadn't seen each other for too long and we were looking forward to a cozy evening. The long-standing restaurant is located in the old town of Kaiserslautern, parking directly at the house cannot be done. At the entrance already the recommendation “Fresh mussels”, I had hoped for it. Recommendation outside the door My husband and I entered the restaurant and were accompanied to the reserved table, the cards were handed to us. At the same time our friends came. These were also supplied with the map. We first greeted and changed a few words. Immediately the serviceman stopped to pick up the drinks. Here we chose 2 bottles of mineral water of 0.75 l. Pan Pellegrino € 4,70, Selters Naturelle € 4,20. In front of the door and also in the restaurant, current dishes were to be read on the slate table. We looked at these recommendations first to dedicate ourselves to the map. Our water was served and it immediately followed the impatient question of what we want to eat. We asked for a moment, we had to repeat this again. The two ladies in the service should not have lacked life or service experience, possibly the heads of the house. Guests who have a lively chat with open cards take a little longer than an individual. We studied the typical Italian map with salads, soups, pizza, pasta, meat, fish, desserts. And flybags! Tip to the gastronomy: Please look more often into the map! And wipe it clean. I don't know where the maps are stored, but the outer edges of the clear hulls were over and over provided with the typical black spots behind flies. It wasn't appetizing. Menu with leaflet rim.... We then gave up our food wishes and went first to wash our fingers. Otherwise, the restaurant makes a well-kept impression. The tables cleanly covered, red chair covers and red roses set colored accents. In the restaurant maximum seating, it is hardly possible to narrow. So it became more and more loud, hot and stickier later. The toilets clean and well maintained. There is also a beautiful vault cellar, but we did not see it. In the restaurant and also in the restaurant are some steps to overcome, wheelchair accessible the restaurant is not. As an appetizer there was a small mixed salad with vinegar oil dressing to € 3,40. Small mixed salad This was fresh and without defects. Vinegar, oil, a huge pepper mill, salt were placed on the table and on this it was then really tight. We ordered Frascati and Rosé without the designation of origin. On request it was confirmed to be dry. 0.2 l per € 3,50 and as fored: Again an Italian wine you really don't need. Our main foods came after a little break. The gentlemen both chose pizza. My husband chose the pizza fantasia in medium size with salami, ham, fresh mushrooms and garlic to € 6.50. Our men were satisfied, the dough was praised and also the plentiful garlic. Pizza Fantasia My girlfriend chose the homemade ravioli with mushroom sauce to € 10.90. That looked really good and I guess it was. My fresh mussels in Weißweinsud were served in the deep plate and looked very clean. No vegetable strips or fresh herbs. Tastefully they absolutely convinced. The white wine in the sauce refined with some cream and onions convinced more than in the glass. Garlic supplements clearly without too much dominating. For my husband it was allowed to be a dessert a Pannacotta € 3,00 and for my friendlin a Tiramisu € 4,00. Both desserts fell through and were certainly not homemade. Pannacotta barely edible, like rubber with artificial taste (I cannot speak of aroma). Panna Cotta with rubber bear consistency and artificial taste. The red sauce that should probably deceive strawberry sauce. Conveniently the desserts were, but then more expensive and good. The ladies were noticeably in service, but a question whether it tasted remained throughout the evening. We ordered the invoice and with the invoice a reddish drink was placed. It was the serviceman. I nipped, my husband nipped, as well as our friends. I don't know what it was, whether with or without alcohol (you should really tell the guests), but you really didn't have to drink it. It should certainly be a nice adoption, but so grueless and sober it was served, so it also came to us.

Fantastic, family owned place. Had a quiet lunch. Their ravioli was amazing, as well as their tomato soup. Will definitely do back the next time I visit.
Food is great and friendly customer service! We ate there several times and everything we got was excellent! Recommend sitting on the back patio when it's...
