K & K Barbeque Inn - Kailua

Quickly decent. We thought we were a couple of sandwiches on the way to the kayak. Pretty basic chicken hawaiian bbq style. Just a little sauce and chicken. Very good price and a belly filler without ruffles.

After a day on the beach we were left. We found this restaurant in a small plaza. Very low key, but their Combo D was delicious and portions were generous! While there were no inside seats, you could sit outside and eat. Very recommended!

5 stars for convenience and friendly staff. Good place for hungry people who are just finished swimming in the sea! Nevertheless, if you have already tried Hawaii BBQ on the mainland or somewhere else, you do not expect to get something unique from this restaurant. I had lived in Northern Kali for years and often went to a local Hawaiian BBQ restaurant for lunch. It was definitely delicious, but its heavy and simple aroma still characterized it as fast food. I wondered if the Hawaiian BBQ would taste differently in Hawaii, so I came to this restaurant and found out that the food here tastes quite the same as what you can get on the mainland. In summary, the food is good, and I just want a heads-up for those who have a little higher expectations for the Hawaiian BBQ in Hawaii.

Decided to stop here after the Pillbox hike and watch the sunset on the beach because we hungry wow what a delicious reaturaunt with AMAZING food. A lot of authentic and fresh food compared to Waikiki. We're almost a week here and it's definitely the best food we had our whole trip and I was twice to Honolulu. My friend said he could eat this whole day and be happy and is left out to eat the remains because it is so good and so much food on a plate and unbeatable prices. SERIOUSLY TRY THEM OUT. Sweet local family owned business that deserves all the love for their excellent Hawaiian food. Have the pick 2: loco moco curry Katsu plate and garlic Mahi dish. The Loco-Moco is delicious steak with delicious engraving. The curry katsu is delicious curry flavors as it should be with crispy fried catsu. The garlic Mahi Mahi is roasted with delicious spices. The macaroni salad is fresh and is really just so delicious no strange bitterness only fresh homemade flavors really the right texture amaount of sauce and onions a pleasure for every bite. You takeout now and there are tables and chairs outside, but I eat happy in the car with my piping hot fresh meal that I am really happy with. I can't recommend it enough. I didn't write many reviews for hawaii, but I just had to share my experience with the world. Definitely want to try their seed next time would recommend ordering it with your dishes. Would order here and eat at the beach next time.

Absolute GAS. me and my friend got the “2 of the above for $14” option with chicken katsu and fried rice and it was SO GOOD. seriously the best katsu i’ve had on this island and i don’t see it changing anytime soon. it fed the both of us VERY well for only about $7 each. the woman taking orders is SO NICE and the food was made super fast!!! 100% recommend for FIRE FOOD. absolutely stop by!!!!! and make sure to tip!!! :
