My starting caveat: This place is good, precisely for the sort of food they want to sell you. It isn't fancy, and it won't astound you with complexity. It will fill you, satisfyingly and without (in my experience) any likelihood of future unforseen consequence. The flavors are straightforward, the presentation simple, and the chairs are clean.I appreciate all these things, especially at 3pm on a Saturday.

Hawaii's own fast food. This is near Kona's airport, so tourists are often here. Sad that they often order burgers or fried chicken and ignore a broad menu of local faves.

The food was good not great. Service was okay, staff not welcoming or friendly, almost to the point of being rude.
