Spice Juneau Indian Cuisine

This is my favorite restaurant in juneau! eating is always fantastic every time we have visited and the service was great. highly recommended.

The atmosphere was calm, in contrast to the heavy spice smell. The food was amazing in both flavor, look, and smell. Would go again soon

Incredible meal! We were the first customers of today's soft opening and were very satisfied with everything we had. The new owner Nimmy has done an amazing job with the decor and is very passionate about home style cooking. Would paddle our kayaks 300 miles again to Juneau to eat here!

Big menu, great ambiance, superb food. My waitress Christina was very helpful explaining the different dishes I was interested in trying, prompt service with a smile. Will most definitely be going back many times. A must do for locals and tourists alike ! Thank you ! Jesse Barker

We neglected to make a reservation, and the hostess was very kind to still find us a table! The food was good, although we do not recommend the garlic naan, too flat/hard and overwhelming garlicky! We liked the Chicken Tikka a LOT!!!! It was the all around favorite, although the Murg Saagwala was also really good, but a little mild on flavor. The Jhinga Koliwada was decent, the shrimp was really good and tasted fresh, but we didn't love the sauce, my girls thought it was too sweet, I thought it was too spicy. Now the issue we had was that we were sat in a nice booth with a small pitcher of water, and we sat, and sat, and got no more water, and didn't see our waitress for 45 minutes, and we were STARVING!!!! It was busy, but not crazy, I'm still not sure why our order wasn't at least taken, or we weren't given more water or something!!! That was a bummer, and a little frustrating, but the food was good and the atmosphere and decor was fun and interesting!!! Overall, it was good, and we would go back!
