Subway - Jonesboro

Good place to get sub sandwiches chhose your toppings! Prices are good. Friendly staff! Wish they could make the sandwiches look like they do on tv!!

The service was lacking, as the staff seemed disinterested in being there. Instead of assisting us, they appeared more focused on cleaning. We also ordered two 12-inch Italian herbs and cheese sandwiches, but were told they only had one 6-inch available. It’s concerning when a restaurant doesn't have what’s listed on the menu. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

I ordered a Pizza Sub, but it came without any sauce. I discovered this issue before I even took a bite, as another customer had already complained about it. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve the situation. I won't be returning to this Subway branch.

The location is great, and it wasn't crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They really uphold high standards.

She was very helpful in explaining things and assisting me with purchasing gift cards.
