Pancheros Mexican Grill Rapid City

Looking for a quick bite to eat after work? Welp, don 't go here. After placing my order the website said it 'd be ready by 5:47. Cool beans. This estimate was WAY off. Just getting a worker to check on my order took 10 minutes after I arrived at the estimated time. From there it took another 15 minutes for it to actually be made. The whole point of ordering ahead is the convenience of it. New customers came, were served, and ate their food while I still waited. I understand things get busy, but jeez I 'll just order from Qdoba next time, or go to an actual sit down place. This was ridiculous. Just a single employee being like, hey man we messed up, we 'll get it made here would have been great, but the whole crew just seemed like they didn 't care. 1/5 service and the food was meh 2/5. Realistically just go somewhere else.
