Fox's Pizza Den - Johnson City

Consistently the most frequently late delivery of any place ever. Today, was the last straw they forgot to make our order. After over an hour we called to check on it, they hung up on us. I called back and spoke to a manager, they blamed it on newstaff and made no effort to make it right. At least they refunded us after much back and forth. Do yourself a favor go withScratch, Main Street Pizza, Luke's, etc.

We had ordered the big daddy pizza and an order of the cheese bread on 09/05/22 for the football game. Well the pizza was actually good but the Cheese bread was hard as a brick. I understand mistake happen and I?m sure they were busy considering it?sthe first weekend of college football and the bread might have just been left in the heater too long. Well we call back andexplain this to the manager at the time and she was understanding and very polite about it and offered to give us an additional20% off on our next order. We already work at crown Laboratories so we also get a 20% discount. I call in the next day to ordermore food and cash in on the 40% discount offered and I?m not sure what happened between now and then but it seemed like I wastalking to a different person. She was blowing hot air when I mentioned it and said well we don?t have a 40% discount button.The only thing I said was well why did you offer it then?.. she proceeded to say hold on and just put me on hold when anotherlady said she was the general manager answered. We told her the situation very nicely and then she says that she didn?tappreciate us being rude to her other manager. At this point I told her never mind on the order because it made us feel like wewere in the wrong trying to use the 40% discount offered. I will never do business with that location again. Multiple peoplefrom work tell me they are very rude and I got to experience it first hand! Would not recommend!

Friendly people hardworking. Really good pizza. This place has been here for years and we just tried a couple of weeks ago. We will certainly be back!

Pretty good pizza... thin and greasy... almost NY style. The girl working there was very polite and helpful. Ask for the special or they don't offer it. $8.15 with tax for a large pepperoni...

Always enjoyed this place. Great pizza and quick deliveries. Today, not so much. We waited for what we were told was a hour delivery. 1.5 hours later they show up with cold pizza and part of our order missing. It was another 45 minutes before receiving the rest of the order. Please stop doing delivery if you don't have the staff for it. Or at least let your customers know you can't keep up so they can go elsewhere until you've fixed your staffing issue. It isn't fair to the staff or the customers to push your staff beyond what they have the man power to do. The last time was also a half hour late delivery. At least the food was fresh on that one. This would be 1 star if based on these experiences alone. For those looking for good pizza with on time delivery, skip Fox's for the time being. Portabello's is always on time, fresh, and just as good. 09-02-22. 5:30-8:10pm.
