Chick-fil-a - Johnson City

Typically we go to a Chick-fil-A near our house but this evening it was closed for road construction so I went into the one in the mall. I am so glad I did, these were the best french fries I have had from Chick-fil-A in a long time. At our normal place the fries have been soggy, like the employees are rushing to get them out to customers and don’t allow them to cook. I ate just about all my fries before I thought about taking a picture and our other family members did as well including the nuggets (which were perfect).

I honestly have the highest respect for people working in fast food chains because it is not easy task. u constantly have someone on u about what u could do better or what u in the time to do. never hear what a big job u have done, what u have and the good compliments u just hear the bad. now I will never sit in this restaurant time for one I worked at a place where it was ok for huh in the tempo driving zone for hours to a time and this came from the owner her name was brandi? everyone was always in a hurry to get out and yes I understand everything about wanting home, but earning money is apart from living I am wrong and making people sick was never to do on my list. so much luck for those who eat here

Ordered two sandwiches; both came with terribly cold and hard bread that looked nothing like the usual Chick-fil-a buns. Took the sandwiches back only to get the same thing (except the second time around they didn 't bother to make one of the sandwiches with extra pickle as ordered). One chicken breast was extremely thin and very inadequate. The other chicken breast was thick but very dry. What quality they did have seems to be seriously slipping.

Great experience every time just alittle pricey in my opinion
