Bidrage med feedbackTerrible service. If the waitress is gonna force you to pay the tip, the least she could do is do her job. As soon as we got our food she came back to our table to bring the check because she was leaving. Also, they have in their menu that the gratuity is added to orders over 130, but according to the waitress they stopped doing that a while ago and just add it to all checks. Management should keep an eye on the restaurant? staff since they give Poor service because they know they will receive an 18% tip no matter how bad the service is.
Service was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Waited outside in the rain for a place that said it was open online. When I asked multiple employees she verbalize they should be open in 7 to 30 min and if she could see that it says it open online. I waited 15 min and re- knoched on the door. They instructed me to come in from the side. I was the first person there I wasn't offered a menu I sat at a table waiting for service until I ended up going to the bar to order. Communication was poor amongst the 4-5 staff members that I came across. The atmosphere was nice the food was lacking and drink barely had a kick to it. Then the same bartender took forever to give me my bill I had to go to the bar to be pay so I could leave... Never again. This place has such high rating but my experience with staff, taste of the food, and most importantly the weak drinks made me want to give this place a ZERO.
It was my first time eating here in fact never knew this place existed. I ordered stake medium rare with 2 sides veggies and asparagus. My meal came super well done and with mashed potatoes. The veggies ordered was corrected but didn't notice the stake until they brought back the correct veggie order to with afterwards I noticed the stake was well done instead of being prepared per my request. Nice place but there was no reason for messing up my order being their was only my 2 friends and myself seated in the entire place.
After reading the recent reviews, we had high expectations of this place, but boy, were we disappointed. It took some wait at the door before we got seated, despite the place being empty. We then had a long wait at the table before we got served, although the server was pretty friendly when she did make herself available. The place was empty but the music stupidly loud which made a civil conversation impossible. Loud music is fine when a place is full, not so when empty. The food portions are large and reasonably priced, but it ends there. The fried chicken was super dry, as if it had been reheated in the fryer. The chicken tenders were the same, although the fries were okay. The mac?n?cheese was also dry basically pasta and chicken with cheese on top and virtually no cheese sauce. And plastic knives and forks for heaven?s sake?!!
It was 2 pm I walked in EMPTY PLACE but a couple sitting down! I asked for a Negroni! They said we can?t make that I said no problem let me have a martini! 3 girls nobody could make my martini waited 10 minutes. One of the girls said wait he is coming he will make your drink! Waited another 5 minutes! He said please give more time I am working I will be right back to make your drink, I said no problem. I was patient and I timed it 20 mins on the dot waked to to the bar! The guy says I was trying to make you a martini which one do you want! I just said to him look let?s make this easy just give a glass of wine and I said whatever you have! I never received such bad service in a long time that when I looked at my bill they charged me 6 dollar gratitude fee! The owner is oblivious to his business, he doesn?t care therefore nobody cares! It really shows that he doesn?t care! But a 6 dollar gratitude fee oh ok
