Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels

Nice lox. A bit pricey. Sometimes the bagels are a bit skimpy, and sometimes the garlic bagel comes out a bit burned.

I don’t even like bagels, but here I am giving a five star review if a bagel shop. They’re seriously great!

Always disappointed because the online orders are not accepted! Response to owner reply: that’s not true. The online ordering system is always on, but you reject orders. Your online system requires the customer wait 5 minutes to see if the order has been accepted or not. This means I have to go through the process of ordering (get everyone’s order inputted), wait 5 mins, and then be disappointed. The chain overall is good but this location, not so much. Asked for a dirty chai and they clearly put no espresso in it, then argued when I asked for a shot to be put in (the drink was a light color). Another time, I asked for a very salty bagel and they gave me a bagel with not a single grain of salt on it.
