Mcdonald's - Jena

I have to say, one of the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile but the price jump is killing my wallet.

There is nothing to say good about this. They deserve a negative. Customer service needs attention quick!!!

It's McDonald's. They're all pretty much the same. People that gripe either lack patience or have nothing else better going on in their lives.

It's ok. Takes forever to get your order taken inside if it's even open.

I’d give a zero for Jena la if i could. The attitudes of the workers, the complaining and poor work ethic is such a push off. After making me wait an hour for my food, which i tried to call twice in advance but no answer (also an hour apart on the calls) and what frustrated me even more is that they filled my fries half way after because they were mad at my order. If you want to have bad attitudes constantly then working in public is not a career or job for you , respectfully.
