Chick-fil-a - Jefferson City

I am so disappointed since the new operator or manager took over. Almost every single order through curbside or DoorDash delivery is wrong or has missing items. I have complained to corporate already but nothing seems to be getting resolved. Everything used to be great, nothing missing and quality amazing. Now it’s like a 50-50 shot whether our order will be correct. The closest CFA to us is this one and the other is 30 away so this is the only CFA option otherwise I would take my business to a different CFA.

Always good. We didn't eat in as we were on the road to a ladies retreat.

The food was good but the service was impeccably and amazingly friendly and interactive with their customers! Was a great experience!

Went through the drive thru, service was great. Food on the other hand was awful, the chicken nuggets were salty and dry, the fries were under cooked to the point some of them were practically raw. I do not recommend this location.

Drive thru may look busy, but is less than a five minute wait @noon. Bun was perfect. Chicken was perfect, just the way it should be...
