Zaxby's - Jasper

First time trying Zaxby's and I was very underwhelmed. Did not get my whole order. I said I had a coupon which they said they would accept but didn't deduct from my order price. I did not get charged for it but over half my order was missing so what was supposed to feed 4 people was only enough for 2. The fries were soggy and the side options were limited. The coke even tasted off. Chicken sandwich was a glorified chicken patty with buffalo sauce. Not what I would expect from somewhere claiming to be a chicken place. If you're hoping for a Chick-fil-a or Popeyes substitute, keep driving. They only reason they get 2 stars is because I was starving and they are new so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.

The second time at this place to eat and the second time that zaxby generally tries. overall I can't say anything bad about the experience. if you're looking for a chicken question place, that's the only one in the city, not that's a bad thing. the personal was very friendly and welcoming when I was in (approx. 4 o'clock on Wednesday)Five star potential is here, unfortunately the only thing that is missing is the huh. something too small and something too gristy for the price. I come back in the future, but it is not a daily trip for me.

Five times ordered. the first time was only time order was actually 100% correct. 5 times I ordered a sharp signatur club sandwich without pickles. the first time I got that when the people were standing out there, they commanded. 3 other paintings I got a normal spicy sandwich, no signature club. only once my acknowledgement has shown that they actually ranked in a regular spicy sandwich and the fourth time it was a regular spicy sandwich with picking so. oh and the house salad I ordered that I decided to be a cobb. it was delicious anyway is the only reason why they get 3.

Really disappointed. Order was wrong for the 2nd time. 1st time they forgot an entire order and we didn't know until we were home 40 minutes away. This time, they gave us the wrong flavor of wings and barely sauced them. Everything tastes good but with it being so expensive, I would assume you could get an order correct.

First time had a BLT chicken sandwich it was good. Not fond of Zaxby's sauce. But there are others. There are a lot of chicken places to choose. Not sure this would draw me in time and time again.
