Zaxby's - Jasper

Fast and friendly. Had a great lunch there with family. It was great.

Unbearably slow. Waited for 35 minutes in the drive-thru. Meal came incomplete as well.

Came home opened our food and found a German roach. If you don’t know what German roaches are they infest in large numbers and carry diseases. Can be very harmful to people with asthma and other breathing issues.

We had food delivered and we were staying less than a mile away. First, they completely left out my husband's order, and no silverware was included for my daughter to eat her cole slaw. The chicken was overcooked- very dry and stringy. There was very little dressing on the cole slaw. The chicken sandwiches were fairly good, and the fries were ok. I can now say I tried their food. I'll pass the next time around.

First and last visit to Zaxbys in Jasper. I ordered the Cobb salad,there was no egg,only 1 anorexic chicken finger,not worth almost 11. The wing meal was horrible,teeny overcooked,inedible wings,hardly any sauce. Another waste of . The toast wasn't toasted,pure white. Out of a 24 meal,only thing that was good fries and the drink. I will be contacting corporate.
