Royal Canadian Legion "The Stand Easy" Jasper

The Stand Easy is warm and inviting. The Pub style food is very good. It’s a great place to hang out for a few hours and meet new people enjoying Jasper as well.

We recently drove to the stand Easy during our last ski tour to Jasper. We were looking for live music and saw that it was a Friday night, we said this was the place when it was Marmeladenacht. They had a series of musicians and bands that played along with some great craftsmen on tap, we all had a fun night out.

We entered this facility with the aim of having a nice dinner while we visited Jasper. The waitress took it on us for unknown reasons to scream our friend to take his hat off. Incredible rude service compared to the usual...friendly community of jasper!. They are obviously not popular by tourists and I would advise on alternatives such as the de’d dog bar and grill or the pipe stop pub where we experience much better service.

We ate at Easy booth on two occasions, while in Jasper and the food and service was exceptional and the prices were very reasonable. Well worth a visit if you stay in the area

While we accidentally drove through Jasper, we noticed that this legion was filled with people and decided to stop later for dinner. We were happy. The place was busy, but the food and the drinks were great. Not to mention that we supported the...Legion.
