Asked for a soup in a bread bowl…I was given a small cup with said soup not even full and the bread…if I would’ve known it was DIY I wouldn’t have paid them to make it I would’ve cooked at home…

Seriously Panera! If I order a full bowl of soup, I don’t expect HALF a bowl! Moreover, if your employee rolls her eyes at me when I ask for a refund, this is what you get…a public review on multiple sites showing what a ripoff you are.

Supposed to be a caramel latte… couldn’t even stir it, and I requested only 2 pumps of caramel…. Pretty sure that’s like 5.

I never leave reviews but man this was too bad not to. Ordered the broccoli and cheddar mac it was basically just a thick, solid mass of half-melted cheese in a bowl for 6 bucks. Even turned it upside down and it didn’t even move if that says anything lol. I’ve had both the broccoli cheddar soup and the regular mac before and both were good but nothing about this was right. If I wanted melted cheese in a bowl I would have just done it myself for free at home
