Bidrage med feedbackThe service at this restaurant is quick and the food is good, but they could use another cashier. I highly recommend ordering online before going through the Drive-Thru. Despite the long line of cars, the service is efficient, so don't be discouraged. My only complaint is the cashier. It's unclear if he is the manager, but he doesn't speak, even when asked a question. Sometimes he gives me a large bag of food and I assume everything is there, say "Thank you!" and drive off, but he doesn't confirm. I usually check the bag, but don't want to hold up the line of 20 cars behind me.
I absolutely love this place and won't go anywhere else. I regularly order their dark roast coffee. The staff is always very friendly, asking about my weekend plans and working quickly and politely. Some people complain about the kiosks, but I was told by the manager that they have no control over it as it is up to the franchise. People need to stop being rude to the workers. Every time I visit, someone gives the employees a hard time, but they are just doing their job. If they don't want to use the kiosk, they can always use the drive-thru. The associates are always ready to help, even with rude customers. God bless these friendly associates.
