Domino's Pizza - Jacksonville

I have so many time where my delivery order has taken over an hour to get to me. The people are always nice but seems maybe they need some help. I am literally a few mins of a drive away.

Ordered 2 chicken Alfredo?s and a Chicken Parm sandwich last night. Couldn?t eat not even 1/4 of the chicken Parm, it was all bread, sauce and the extra cheese I paid for. On 1 side there were 2 tiny pieces of cheese hanging off the side nothing inside.Other side 1 small piece of chicken. I have never been so disappointed. I didn?t or don?t expect for the chicken to piled on thesandwich. I do expect there to be enough meat to cover the bread.

The food was overcooked and it seemed like they had run out of sauce, so they tried to make their own.

I placed an order for pizza two hours ahead of time, but it arrived 45 minutes late and the food was cold. The marinara sauce was only filled to 5% of the container. They also delivered to other houses before ours, even though we are the closest to the restaurant. Despite these issues, I still think Five Star Pizza is great and will continue to order from them in the future.

I ordered delivery to my home and it took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. The delivery driver got out of his truck and immediately started guilt-tripping us with his personal issues like how he wasn't supposed to work that day, his wife is disabled, his mom passed away three years ago, and that he has MS. He also mentioned giving us extra sauces that we didn't even need. It was a bizarre experience and it seems like he does this to everyone. Guilt-tripping customers who have been waiting almost 2 hours for food is disgusting.
