Chipotle Mexican Grill - Jacksonville

I ordered a bowl. I got the half of what is usually served. I asked for half chicken and steak. I got six pieces of steak. then I was charged for a complete order of steak. the personal was rude and completely unprofessional. I highly recommend that if they want to eat, not get from this place.

The health department needs to spend some time here. Food not warm enough Dining room is disgustingly dirty. Even the doors have never been washed Out of ice, napkins, forks. No guac. Hair in queso Every single table empty and filthy dirty. Chipotle is really going down the drain while they are overpricing! Its not cheap. You can go to a local diner or cafe for less money, cleaner environment and better food. Feel like I need to disinfect myself after leaving this facility. ZERO STARS! Should be closed down.

Really messy when they put my bowl together, there was food all over the counter. they basically smashed all my ingredients together and closed the lid with guac allll over the top of it. the rice was super gross, chunky, and plain. they literally gave me a chunk of cheese. the chips were soooo salty and stale. would not recommend this location.

I just left chipotle Mexican Grill and the service was not great at all. They were out of ginger vinaigrette which I really need in order for me to eat the rice bowls. I asked if someone could make some and they said no. And looked in though I was crazy. I asked the cashier if she could make some she said we don 't have any. Afterwards, she called a manager who stated since we only make a certain amount and that 's it for the day. I guess you have to come in the morning if you ever want to try it. I don 't eat cheese and most of their sides so I walked out with one scoop of beans and a small amount of rice and some chicken $9.09. I used to eat at this location nearly every night a year ago I don 't know what has happened to customer service I didn 't need it badly. Is service like this continues that stock price is not going to remain at $1500 a share much longer. Faithful Patreon disappointed.

The food was not bad, but the workers are not friendly at all and rude!The dining room was really dirty, and no one was cleaning the tables and around the tables, after the customers!
