Chili's Grill - Jacksonville

The food at this restaurant is average, focused more on providing comfort than high quality flavors. Prices are fair and service is fast, but the dishes are lacking in taste. I tried the chicken margarita, which was dry and flavorless. The portion of broccoli served on the side was generous. The coconut margarita had a strong coconut scent but lacked in actual flavor. In general, you get what you pay for at this restaurant.

I went to this restaurant with my family and it was their first time there. All they could talk about afterwards was how delicious the burgers were and how the macaroni and cheese was amazingly good.

The restaurant provides fast service and consistent food quality.

We visit this restaurant at 10 p.m. on a Friday evening after officiating a local FHSAA High School football game. We stood at the door for several minutes before being greater. We chose a seat at the bar and were greeted immediately. However, menus, drinks and service from the lone bartender were delayed. The food was delivered hot and delicious. Yet again, the post meal service was poor and we were the only guests left in the restaurant at 10:45 p.m. Numerous servers were in the area of the bar and we had to leave our seats to obtain the bill. As the POC terminal was inoperable at the bar. I usually always have good food at this location. But the service is less than acceptable.

I was completely disappointed with the change in QUALITY, PRICES and quantity. No longer providing Celery with Wings or a **** Mary, is more about than customer service!
