Beach Road Fish House Chicken Dinners

We have been several times in the year to this place for special family occasions. sad to say that today our first ever bad experience was! eating was as good as ever no complaining in this view, although we miss some of the classic items that were dropped from the menu by the new owners. the problem was that we sat down at 15 o'clock and ordered five chicken dinners immediately. the dining room was only half full at that time with a large table of customers who just finish their meal. it then took 1 hour and 15 minutes before we were served, although our waiter came out three times during our inconspicuous waiting to tell us that the “our food would be ready to speak really soon” when I asked to speak to the manager, she made a half-hearted apologise that they had carried out a large number of chicken orders that caused the long delay. her apologies seemed to be less than sincere, but she said she would offer something “cost” on our bill. I was satisfied with their decision until our 160 check with only 10 discount not even the price of the smallest chicken dinner arrived! When I told the waiter that I wanted to see the manager again, she didn't return to talk to me. she just sent the waiter back to say that she had reduced the bill by another 20. before I went to the rest, I went to a chain of 150. I would have dismissed a load manager who made such a terrible job in customer service! we're leaving an hour to celebrate family events here, but I won't be back soon.

I will tell you that the Grouper Tacos are the best I have ever eaten anywhere. I have eaten Tacos from Cobo,Key West California these kick BUTT

The oysters are awesome! 60 cents on Wednesday. Service is always good but it's usually cold bring a jacket.

Food was great. A bit pricey for lunch but service was good as well. We were a party of 9 and all of our orders were complete as ordered. Waffles and chicken were a hit at our table.
