La Abundancia - Jackson Heights

The food tastes good but the place is very dirty both outside and inside, the bathroom is very dirty and there is no soap to wash your hands, outside of the place there are garbage bags leaking and with a bad smell and inside there were flies flying over the food on display !! no hand alcohol available! When I let the employee know about the green fly inside the showcases she yelled at me and she told me: ?shut up, I listened to you! this place was my favorite to eat empanadas but not anymore! Is disgusting ????

Awful place, with the WORST SERVICE EVER. Avoid this place. The lady/waitress/cashier (16:30) is SOO RUDE, I mean, she's another level. I can tell she hates her job. We were asking for a coffee and she was making faces and had an attitude all the time, I asked her twice for the password of the restroom because I couldn't hear her the 1st time and the 2nd one she made a rude face and yelled at me. Just avoid this place, it is dirty and not to mention the restroom, I used it only because i really needed to. This is just a horrible bakery/restaurant.

Food was ROTTEN !!! 05/11/2022 11:45pm The service is Horrendous and the courter person treated us horribly and all we wanted was some empanadas, she begrudgingly placed our food into the bag and when we got home we realized our flan was ROTTEN ! THE CONTAINER EXPLODED AT HOME AND RELEASED A FOUL SMELL !!! It almost made us VOMIT ! The container was full of foul smelling liquid ! THE FLAN WAS ROTTEN AND MOLD ON THE BOTTOM PART OF IT ! this place is horrible, NEVER COME HERE ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I speak English and Spanish fluently but the previous time I ordered food to go I was scolded by the women behind the counter for not speaking Spanish to them saying acá solo habla español , no nos hables en inglés Which translates to here only speak to us in Spanish , do not speak to us in English After the horrible treatment and ROTTEN FOOD , I will NEVER be back here !

Had to wait 10 minutes in line. The two ladies for the night shift serves all the others in line after me after seeing me at the hot food food section. After she served the line one of the counter server comes over and asks me rudly what I wanted. I told her I would like a breakfast sandwich wrap. She says $7. After, she prints a receipt; unreadable and says $8 plus dollars. I query about it and says plus tax. I ask to speak to her manager and pushes me aside with my card. I ask another of her coworker to speak to their manager and she sarcastically says he/ she is not in. I pay for the product, leave it there and leave. Nasty service.

Damn fine cup of coffee. Had to catch the early morning LaGuardia Link and had 15 minutes to kill. Walked in around 4am, super friendly and gave me the perfect cup already prepared with the sweetener and cream. Also bought a cheese Danish which was decent!
