Bj's Brewhouse - Isleta Pueblo

Very busy due to mothers day which is to be expected server was very friendly but overall service was pretty subpar, it took almost 3 hours to recieve and finish our meal. We didn't get our appetizers and got the wrong cookie order which seemed to also be a bit underdone. Food was a bit overpriced. However they have great drinks and variety on the menu and again, our actual server was great!

This place is great if you have someone that can’t make up their mind on what they want because they have a huge variety of food and drinks

Not sure what’s happened here. Was a great place to eat and drink at one point. Been here 3 times since December and it just keeps getting worse. The food came out cold. Waiter couldn’t remember anything and the rest of the wait staff was more concerned with their stories than helping customers.

Good food, but the service was pretty bad! It was not busy at all, and we didn't even get utensils or refills for a while. We were eating our appetizers with no napkins, and they were messy! I finally got up and asked another worker for napkins and utensils. The waitress started being attentive at the end, but that's for a better tip, I think! They need to work on being more attentive to their customer's! I ordered a black and blue, which is half Guinness and half blue moon, and they did not make it right at all! I could see if it was packed. I would let things slide, but there was really no one there.

Their food is good with a variety to choose from but their delivery option sucks. We have ordered delivery multiple times and every time we are missing stuff.
