Denny's - Irving

Nice place. Great food. Really friendly servers... I have a problem with ONLINE order. When ordering, I was not told that the kitchen was from avocado (it happened, so I didn't know to pick a bacon avocado burger and NOT pay extra for avocado on my Super Bird (drilled turkey sandwich). Of course, you have to pay first to place the order so that the money was evaporated I guess. Also, based on the information on the website, I decided against Fritten because of the *calorie number* and instead chose roasted red potatoes. I was disappointed when they were deep fried, red potatoes pet style. Don't get that wrong. The food was delicious (I cleaned my dish and was prepared in time. I just wish I had treated directly with the server instead of trying to jump the line and get my order.

Wing in and placed an order for only 4 pancakes. Waited 10 minutes, then a friend of one of the staff came in. The hostess and said friend continued to chase around the dining room and shouts obscenes together. She even beat him! Very unprofessional and down right embarrassing.. another of the staff answered their personal phone on the line and went away to talk.. cool. By the way. I waited for my pancakes for 22 minutes. Only when I went up and asked about my order, it was suddenly ready.

Our waitress Misty was thrilled. She was the only waiting employee and was very friendly and accommodating. I'll say the food can improve. I got tough hash-brows where I couldn't chew, but **** was very nice and asked the cook to make new ones. She was the best part of the visit. Food: 1/5

I entered this location and all staff are amazing, the food is great very clean the bathroom smells great the landscaping is nice thanks Hollie for stopping from our table to make sure that everything just like we wanted
