We went to Omaha, NE today and experienced the worst service ever. Rude personnel and tons of equipment that does not work properly. The worst was at the end of the nigger when we try to count our tickets. They had 6 counting machines and only 2 worked! We had to wait in the line to count tickets, and until we finished it was at 10 a.m. They didn't let the children choose their prices. We wouldn't have had a problem getting out in time if the equipment actually worked and I feel it's ridiculous to punish our children about it.

Attended a fund raiser for my child's school. On 18 Oct 2017 on sports area. Was having a great time until I was notified by another mother attending the same event that there was a random homeless woman that had taken my kids food from our table. Nonetheless i went to confort the woman as she was gathering food from another families table also. She then proceeded to the womens restroom..where are the employees who are tasked with greeting customers at the entrance. I was qiute livid and almost punched her .Her reply for taking the customers food was so what . If the employees can't monitor random homeless entering the establishment how am I suppose to feel if someone was to try and take my kids or another familes children. I know it is a parent's responsibility to look out for their own. But in an environment like this with all the safety measures for leaving the building where's the same for people entering that distinctly don't belong in a place where there are children.

I am at the Lexington, ky Chuck e cheese at 904 pm. Well the pizza is burnt, sat in the window for 20 minutes, garlic butter pouring off of the pizza, tables dirty n floor nasty, only one clean table n we got it. Napkin holders are empty n half of the games don't give tickets. Takes forever to get someone to look at them. Asked if I needed to get my pizza out of the window. The guy getting the garbage brought our pizza to the table. Took photos of how nasty this place is n will not come back n would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Chuckee Cheese 5089 Florence Blvd Bell CA on 6/3/17 and it was horrible first of all some staff did not know how to split tokens on play pass cards including acting manager Susej nor did cashier.....plus they lost one of our children's play pass we turned in 8 got 7 back then when I showed manager our receipt he asked for all the cards mind you it is now 9:30 pm they close at ten we arrived 8:30 pm spent $260... For 2hrs of what was supposed to be a fun birthday night for my 7yr old grandson who wanted to go to Chuckee Cheese then we bought a Chuckee Cheese cake that was brother out to our table 3min to closing so we had to bring home, that was rotten it smelled and was spit out by the children.....we we're cheated out of what we spend......thirdly they turned off games at exactly 10:00 pm we go to redeem ticket with other customers and are told that they closed , a male customer and myself stated why did they not notify us that they need all ticket before games shut down because then it would make no sense to pay to play until they turn off games.....what a nightmare.....Octavio is the regional manager here and if this is how he manages wow.....I have been going to Chuckee Cheese for 30yrs....since my first born now I'm a grandmother......but Chuckee Cheese has become greedy they give out less tickets on games and rig the machines and the food has dropped it's good quality......why would they ripped off customers by greed.....and insult our intelligence by giving us low quality food shame on you Chuckee Cheese Corporate.....if you look at thirty party plans they serve the same thing we just get swindled by the title of the packages.....customers beware of these corporate companies that slither third way into out hard earned money looking to treat our children to good wholesome fun....that won't bankrupt a family......

I first went to Chuck E. Cheese's when I was five, it was the Three Stage in Fort Collins Colorado. I don't remember every detail of it but they must have been really good at making magic because I had a great time! I was not scared of mascots or animatronics as a kid, I was fascinated by the animatronics and I loved the Chuck E. walk around character. I stopped going after a while and me and my family moved near Arvada. Years later, I just felt like going again this time, to the Three Stage in Arvada Colorado. Me, being an older person now, researched Chuck E. Cheese's and soon became obsessed with it! I started my YouTube channel and I am living a life that I could have never could have ever imagined, not even in my craziest dreams! I owe it all to Chuck E. Cheese's!
