Bidrage med feedbackSubway eat fresh??... hmmmmm... the lettuce was so old and brown as was the guacamole and the spinach looked slimy. We asked if they had fresher lettuce and they told us no. Gross. Way to promote food-borne illnesses. Saw the staff laughing at us as we left.
We were in tonight and the service was terrible. We were the only ones in there for about 10 minutes. When we walked in they were fulfilling a big online order. When I said hello, they just looked at me and said nothing. When it was our turn, the older worker was unbelievably rude. When I asked for bacon on my sub as he was putting the cheese on my second sub, he threw the cheese back into the container. Everything we asked for on our two simple sandwiches he grumbled about. I felt bad for the young kid working with him. The lady that came out to check us out was wonderful. The day time staff is usually a lot more pleasant. They also complete all the online orders before the people standing in front of them. By the time we got to checkout there was a decent line of people behind us who had been waiting awhile, and they’ll still grab the online orders that just came in and do those first.
DO NOT EAT HERE! There is another Subway, down the road in the Walmart and it is lightyears better than this dump. The nighttime guy is rude, crass and uppity (an elitist sandwich artist, now I’ve seen it all). And I witnessed him straight up open mouth cough on a sub and just package it right up. Disgusting. And dangerous for customer’s health and safety. This is not my first interaction with this guy either. He has said to me at least 3 times when I was in there that he doesn’t eat at Subway because he doesn’t need to pay someone to make him a sandwich and how he’s perfectly capable of putting ham and cheese on bread… Pretty sure he only has a job because people don’t have that same mindset but yes, biting the hand that feeds you seems like complete sense. I have dreaded going in there because of him but after experiencing him coughing on sandwich last night I’ll never step foot in that restaurant again. Never. That’s beyond repulsive. If you really want to “EAT FRESH” avoid this one altogether…
Terrible experience. the older man who works there was so unrequired. we first asked if it was gluten-free brote (which we understood could not be available) and he said very rude that gluten 't is an allergen so that they don't need to have gluten-free brot, he went in and over. then I asked if redisserie chicken sub and he said no. I looked at him as if he was a sweat, and he said it was too late to have Rotisserie chickens, it's too close to the closure and he doesn't prep. we were at 8...online saying they closed at 11 so not sure why he didn't make it. has not cut the speck if you are on salad (nitpicking yes, but it is hard to cut with a plastic fork). and he was very to the younger worker he was with. not sure whether these reviews are much, although causing that keerl seems to be negatiw on here many paintings are mentioned and he's still working.
Tried to place my order on the app at 8:26pm when the restaurant closes at 10pm. I guess I was 1 minute late on ordering on the app- learned the cut off time is 8:25pm. Literally second time this happened when I tried to place my order at 8:26pm! Absolutely unacceptable corporate subway!! Not worth going in to order in person and take 10-15 minutes extra to stand in line and order your sub. Corporate subway needs to get their stuff together.
