Dairy Queen Ingersoll

I will definitely not be coming back to this restaurant. Firstly, our blizzards were melted and not flipped upside down like they are supposed to be at most Dairy Queen locations. Additionally, the interior did not appear to be clean. Lastly, when we tried to use the drive-thru, we were stuck in a standstill for over 10 minutes! After wasting time and gas, we chose to go to McDonald's instead. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Funnel cake disappointing and line is a huge wait. Had to actually put my car in park at drive through. Apparently common at this location

Beautiful girls work hard. Good cold, fine big grill.

Had a terrible experience. my family went down for a beautiful Blizzard negotiation. After we ordered 3 small blubbards, we waited and waited. a type that was ordered after us served first, but they actually gave us his command. after the 4th person who ordered after us got her food we got her before the quickly closed the window again and asked where our order was? the worker said oh sorry, looked at our order and flew in and still another customer got her or before us. When we finally got our order after we had waited almost 20 minutes to add injuries, the blizzards were already melted more than half. I was too annoyed with the kids in the window and felt like it wasn't going anywhere, I have to call in if there's someone to help me understand what customer service might be.

I just moved here to work in the CAMI facility in ingersoll and needed to eat today. borrowed from milk queen because it gets hot in the plant and a lunch with an ice/slutshie sound perfect! I decided to go with my favorite menu item, which is the sauces and sown chicken finger and I also took a grape nibble to go with it. I give 2 stars because she was dripping nibble-eat excellent and exactly what I needed on a hot day, but the evaluation falls off because the “hun” I received was absolutely disgusting. it was literally muddy strands of binde fabric covered with mushy batter and stacked on the top of mushy undercuped pommes (I have photos, but I cannot add them to this review I would not serve this to my dog and the workers happy closed the box and put it out of the window. quality control? so it took so long to supplement
