Nice Restaurant ....they use organic ingredient across menu !! Nice options and good food. It was my first visit, so have to explore more menu to comment more on taste. We had daal baati thali and videshi thali for my kid. Overall nice experience.

Ambience was really outstanding, taste of food was excellent, quantity should be improve. Bit service was very poor. I visit 2 or 3 times but always they were run for more customers without thinking their capacity. We waited for half an hour for each order. Overall caffe was good but waiting for food between dinner was very very irritating.

Paisa wasool place I visited this place for dinner date, I went there after reading several reviews on Zomato and Google and trust me people I wasn't disappointed. The food options, quality, ambience, service and seating comfort of seats, nothing disappointed. I had a complete meal from starters till dessert. And iwas satisfied with all the things I ordered as all things tasted awesome and best part they serve healthy dishes which are made from oats to quinoa and much more. The restaurant staff is really good, their food is priced decently for what it offers. Must visit place to eat healthy.

This place really stands out when it comes to healthy and organic food. For people who are health conscious and looking forward to something fresh should definitely visit this place. The ambience is very calm and composed. Friendly staff and location is very much in the midst of the city. I personally love their cutlery, the bowls plates everything. It's slightly costly but the taste justifies the price. They really use high quality ingredients and are very hygienic. My favourite are their sprouts bhel , chole bhature and thali . Also try their donuts.

March 25, 2023 For the last month ilI have been ordering khichdi from mitti. Omg no one can beat their sabudana. So so so amazinggg. Changing my rating for food to 5 star. However I'm yet to visit them in store again so Will change my service rating then. A month ago: The atmosphere is pleasant and classy. Most of the public comming here to Mittiis of the upper and higher classes and just sitting with them is a pleasure. The interior is beautiful and very ethnic. However that is all that is good. The service is pathetic. On our entry we were informed that we would be served on the table and that was the BIGGEST mistake we made. Should not have agreed!!!!! It took them 34 mts to begin serving the first order of sabudana vada which was quickly followed by one plain aloo Paratha. Despite specifying NO CHILLIES the paratha was loaded with green chilli and was impossible for kids to eat. No spoons tissues or water was provided until it was begged for atleast 3 times. This was followed by butter toast which was okay. Waited another 20 mts for our sabudana khichdi which was included in the original order placed (54 mts ago when we arrived). Eventually when we got irritated and reminded them a 5th time they laughed it off as my order had been provided to another table. So we asked for the bill intending to leave which is when they provided the khichdi. In all of this they never served us out hot chai which was also part of the original order. If all this was not already infuriating, what irritated us to the core was the constant phone call ring which was coming from their computer indicating a swiggy or a Zomato order. The bell did not stop ringing and coupled with the disastrous service it brings the stars for service at sub 0. As is visible from the pics, despite a full pax inhouse the team at mitti was concentrating on swiggy and Zomato orders with literally no space at the counter. All the people on the counter in these pics are from one or the other delivery app. Icing on the cake? Only one service person for the full house!! I fail to understand why the restaurant could not turn off the food app orders for a bit and concentrate in house too. If they continue to do this, that day is not far when the pax will be 0 and so will the food app orders! New restaurants are coming in and with service like this, mitti cafe might need to make place for others.
