Nick's Chili Parlor - Indianapolis

The service was absolutely everything. The chili dog was amazing and just what I was expecting AND what the doctor ordered. The fries were hot and dropped while we waited and soda had an extra crisp. The pie tho...I don't believe it was the pie I asked for. I asked for sweet potato but was given God only knows what. The restaurant just opened back up after renovations, not sure if the funds ran out but they probably could close again for more renovations. I don't know if I'll dine in anymore but I will order again just not the pie.

Our last three visits all of the silverware was dirty, I asked for clean and was told the machine wasn’t cleaning them right and to get plastic at the register. Our last visit this last week, silverware once again was dirty, I had to take our silverware in to the restroom and wash it just to eat. It’s almost $21.00 for 2 bowls of chili and I get dirty silverware? I should note that I have been a patron of Nicks fir almost 40 years

We are from Evansville IN and went to Indy to visit our son (he is in college). The next place was Nicks, and her menu sounded good and different. Nick didn't disappoint! 1. Great made to order food. 2. Great staff. 3. Low prices. Every time we go to Indy right away, we definitely eat at Nick. Thank you.

I recommended Nicks several times on Facebook and finally tried. I love it! The fries needed some salt, but they were fresh! We got the footing Chili dog meal and the bowl Chili, which was a huge bowl and the New York dog. Added Jalapeños to him and it was fantastic. Our bill came to $22 in the end. It was worth the amount of food.

The first time Nicks tries. First bite jass yum, second bite spaghetti noodles. I repeated myself and still gives me the lady noodles. I have to get hungry now because I'm working a job I can't leave until I'm gone. To think it's easy to remove it yes, but once my food is halfway away and played through. I wanted to pay Chili for too long and not be able to eat it. The disappointment.
