Fazoli's - Indianapolis

From the moment I came in I was greeted by friendly faces. There was a line of people and when it came to my order I felt like the cashier was very attentive to what I wanted and needed. By the time I got my drink and went to my table I already had myfood. It came out fast and the food was just amazing!! Will definitely be coming back for more.

Our waitress Vicki was the sweetest and most attentive employee ever! She made sure we were well taken care of and made the experience worthwhile! I?m definitely coming back to this location!

Love the $5 lunch special! We have enjoyed it on several Saturdays this month. It is a great bargain. Friendly older guy who works there.

The food was good hot. Fresh bread sticks without asking for them. The crew member who took our order was the best. She smiled and asked if we were ready to order. She answered questions regarding food choices. Her cheerful mannerisms were refreshing. I attempted to order coffee, but it was available. Dari A. displayed excellent customer service.

We had an excellent experience today. The food came out quickly, and Way, our server, went out of her way to help us. We brought 6 kids with us, and she made sure we were all taken of. She even helped our picky eaters by preparing plain bread sticks and butter. Great experience!
