Burger King - Indiana

My girlfriend and I got a whopper and one of their chicken wraps and got terrible food poisoning. I 'm not even exaggerating when I say I didn 't even touch my fries before my stomach started turning and my gf started vomiting. The next day, we 're still teeribly ill and our stomachs cant even handle other food. We 're both hungry but unable to hold any of it down. I called them to get a refund and was told I needed a doctors note because there 's other stuff going around . Absolutely ridiculous. Of I could go back in time I 'd literally rather not eat dinner than feel like this. I 'd give 0 stars if I could.

If you are the person taking the orders for the drive-through you at the very least should listen to what they are saying like if they don’t want something on the burger, maybe listen and not make them have to drive all the way back across town to get it right. You’re not capable of doing that I can definitely see you being promoted to Customer.

I ordered online before visiting and when I arrived they informed me that frozen Cokes weren't available. I had ordered a small one only because it was part of the deal and they gave me a large frozen cherry because of the inconvenience.

They are slow and play games with jumping the timer at the drive thru. They make you wait at the pay window and you can't move forward until they tell you....this defeats the timer at both windows....they also are so busy talking they pay no attention to your order....I ordered diet Coke and saw them dispense regular coke and when questioned lied and said it was diet when i clearly saw him dispense it....use to love this Burger King but not now. It is poorly managed and the workers have a I could care less attitude!
