Pizza Hut - Indian Trail

I have ordered from this location for years but never again!!! My order was not delivered on time 2 times.in a row. The first manager said she gave me a $20 credit and she did not. The pizza made it 2.5 hours later and it was not cooked all the way and it was cold. So I tried again, same issue! I call a hour later it took 3 people to find my order then a 10 minute hold to talk to the manager. She could not provide the number to complain and had no clue what was happening. Domino's will get all of my business from next on. Blind leading the blind!

Excellent pizza store needs to be cleaned more often

Not worth it to call the store. The inside staff that run phones have no idea what theyre doing. Nobody was friendly when I went to pick up my food and I had to wait because no one was at the counter. Probably go anywhere else.

Y?all this pizza hut is the best! I?ve been ordering from them for over 10 years and if you have an issue, they will fix it! Love my Indian trail Pizza Hut! Y?all are the best!

Horrible customer service for an incomplete ORDER 3201107181322001313023895 Placed on November 7 at 7:13 PM I asked for the manager name and the guy name Michael refuse to provide it. Not sure if I will ever get a call from the manager.
