Food cold, not fresh and disgusting.Half the order missing. (Family box with no chips?)Nuggets were frozen. Soggy and horrible.Burgers must have been thrown through the window before put in the bag.Basically a $120 order in the bin.Ordered pizzhut and it arrived hot. Maybe do some competitor research.If we pay $100+ for your food we expect it to arrive edible!

Ordered a larger double quarter pounder combo tonight on uber eats, waited about an hour and a half for the order to be cancelled. Called the store an hour in and asked how long it would be and they ended up hanging up straight afterwards without saying anything.

The music was so loud I couldn’t have a conversation with my husband. The floor was disgusting littered with food and paper and tables not wiped

Terrible, waited 1 hour for cold food, slush is machines not working, workers on their phones, we went to pay for order and workers just stood there and asked eachother to serve. terrible

I ordered a hot chocolate, and they gave me an Australiano chai something . I returned it and asked for the hot chocolate and waited for more than 10 minutes, and I left without the order. I don 't worry about money. It 's just 5.10$. Yet, their customer service is really really bad. You can read other reviews and see.
