Getta Burger The Precinct - IDALIA

I used to make this my regular burger joint as I live in the area want to support it as its so close. What I don't like is going into your store and not being greeted then stand at the front looking at menu ready to order and no one seems to care 2mins is a long time with no other customers around. I can't stand for bad service I will not be coming back would not recommend to anyone. You're food is good your service let you down this time and for future orders. Left to Grilld felt welcomed and hunger tamed. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Always had a great food experience here as it's a good alternative to the well-known chains and the kids love them too. However, last week's experience wasn't that great: the delicious nuggets pictured on the website that we get for the children have changed to ridiculous regular frozen chicken nuggets (just like the other chains), nuggets price and quantity had changed too (I understand that's just business), and our chips were undercooked/soggy. Ordered again today to give them another chance as we have always been happy... Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
