My burger combo with the A1 sauce and the cheese was pretty good. The staff was fast and the food was out shortly. Be wary the breakfast menu ends at 10:50 from my experience.

I ordered by grubhub and asked for no mayo or soße any kind. they brought me this burger with extra mayo a ketchup. it looked disgusting. I called Carls and told them. they were nice and offered me a new sandwich, but I just don't trust them. the no sauce instructions were attached on the entrance to the bag and the burger had a special sticker on it. it's like the cook made it useful.

We stopped to get two burgers and my friend went in, but the door was closed. the young man who worked this evening saw him and came to the door to advise us that the trip was open, but the lobby was unfortunately closed. it's nice to know that your personal manage and care has enough to do that when everything they normally see are coworkers who stare at their phone. thank you for making my friend so happy with the burgers!

Came this morning, and customer service was HORRIBLE. Ordered my food in drive through. Whoever the guy was taking the order wouldn't listen to what I was ordering, kept reading it back to me wrong, not sure what Grilled biscuit Sandwich is, but it's not on the Menu and not what I ordered. Finally he had me pull forward to the window, when he came up, immediately had an attitude, and said, can we just get this paid for I replied NO, you haven't read my order back correctly and I'm not paying for something I didn't ordered. Finally he decided to listen to me and correct my order but was still disrespectful. Like really dude, it's what the customer ordered, not what you decide to ring up. When he bought the food to the window, he opened,Handed the food out and immediately closed the window after I asked for fry sauce. I'll just visit the competitors since this place has no customer service or respect!!!

Don't advertise a product you can't execute. No tomato, nasty lettuce, all bun very little chicken. Definitely worst fast food chicken sandwich. $20 for 2 sandwiches.
