Wendy's - Hutto

Have gone three separate times. On the first two occasions they were very, very busy and my order ended up being wrong (excusable). The last time I went, there were two cars in the drive thru and about 4-5 people inside waiting to place/pick up their order. By comparison, the place was practically empty... Walked in and waited near the counter for several minutes while being ignored (in typical fast food fashion). While waiting, a woman walked in and started yelling to speak to the manager. She demanded her drive thru order be cancelled because she had been waiting nearly an hour without being served food. We asked a man who was also waiting nearby if he had already ordered. He explained that he ordered only a drink and had been waiting 45 minutes. We immediately left without placing an order.

Just went through the drive through for, 4 for 4 and some other things but I asked for sweet an sour twice while I was ordering then when I got to the window I asked again if I got sweet and sour an they told me yes. There was honey mustard in all of the orders. Its not that hard people.

Drive thru service Ordered food from the value menu for the kids, notice clerk was charging me for higher priced burgers fries. Brought this to her attention to correct order. Did not receive all of order.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience here at wendy's! Fast service, nice workers, and they got my order right. The chili, french fries, and frosty were also good (for fast food) and cheap. I had read previous reviews and was expecting way worse. Maybe it was a fluke, but I will definitely go back and update my review either way!

Went for breakfast, had to order at store because the app online order didn't work. They said it was because they are a new store. Offers from app also didn't work for the same reason. Order a egg sausage and Swiss croissant but they forgot the Swiss, order 2 sausage egg sandwich but got one sausage and one bacon. The only redeemable part of the order was the seasoned potatoes they were tasty.
