It's Starbucks. Decent service with decent coffee. Seating select could be a bit better. 4 stars.

Came to Starbucks today ordered one drink and was looking at the menu for something to eat and we were rushed and said ok your total is going to be …. After we told them we were still looking!

Cruddy day at work, and my dear boyfriend TRIED to bring me coffee. He’s never been at a Starbucks, and isn’t really a coffee drinker himself so didn’t know what to expect. Wait in drive thru was 30 minutes, which, whatever, we’re in a staffing crisis and I know everyone is stretched thin. Ordered a venti caramel cold brew. Was given a hot coffee. Boyfriend understandably asked if it was right, barista INSISTED that it was right and wouldn’t take it back change order. Turned out to be a pumpkin spice latte, and I’m violently allergic to cinnamon. Really disappointing waste of 6 and 45 minutes. I don’t think the Hutch Starbucks was out to poison me or anything but… really? ?

Friendly attentive staff. I had an ice cream with milk. Nice to have on a hot day.
