Miss Saigon Cafe - Hurst

Our first time here! we were not disappointed. We were greeted with a smile by the beautiful lady at the front counter she told us we could sit anywhere we did we found the perfect table. They brought us a pitcher of water. That was absolutely delicious. I know that sounds crazy but water really is never delicious but this was so cool and crisp. It actually didn’t taste like tapwater or the water you get out of the Coke machines our server was so very nice what a nice young man he answered our questions. Darrell really hasn’t had Pho he has, but he really doesn’t remember it. He was so sick and our friends made it for us. I had the shrimp pho and trust me they did not Skrimp on the amount of shrimp and the rice noodles were perfect. The broth was absolutely amazing. Then with the Thai basil in the bean sprouts, see onions and cilantro it was so good you could tell that the pho was made with love Darrell head that meat combo pho with curry sauce, which is the server said, gave it a much deeper flavor. He ate so much I thought he was gonna pop me too, of course. He absolutely loved the pineapple smoothie he kept saying over and over and over again how good everything was. Darrell really doesn’t comment on things. He usually just says it’s OK or it’s all right but he liked it and when he does like something he will comment that it was delicious or it was good, but he really hast to like it! I guarantee you we will be back!

Excellent food, great service, reasonable prices. Not just a pho place great variety of dumplings and spring rolls, all super fresh and delicious. I have eaten at a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the Chicago area, and Miss Saigon is better than any of them!

The food was so delicious. We had pork dumplings, vegetarian Pho (pronounced Fa), and pork fried rice. we will come back when we are in the area.

Not all pho are the same pho sure! It was a nice cozy spot located near the north east mall. The small bowl is really small ?

This place has been upgraded! They expanded the space and have new decor, the AC is cold praise God! Great food, service, atmosphere, all of the above!Food: 5/5
