Fat Patty's Teays Valley - Hurricane

Arrived early for take out order. Food was cold. When I got home, I discovered that my French Dip sandwich with extra Au Jus had NO Au Jus in the bag. Not much of dip without the Au Jus. I was assured everything was in the bag at pickup. I should 've double-checked before leaving. Barboursville location got a great review. This location was awful.

We waited so long for our food we started talking to table next to us about both of our wait time as we came in one right after the other , we got no apologies from any staff even after we mentioned how long it was taking they actually disagreed with us, we checked the time! Our waitress sucked, we got no drink refills, no coming back to check on us, we watched the servers hanging around by the bar in no hurry , The ice in my pop melted before my food came all or food was cold cold onion rings cold fried green tomatoes cold wings this place was one big disappointment we won’t be back

The only reason this is a three is because my wife enjoyed her salad and steamed vegetables and my fries were great. I ordered a French dip based on the menu description of sliced ribeye . What I got was chopped meat that might have been slices at one time. On top of that, the meat was cooked somewhere south of well done. Our server who was very nice apologized for the au jus spilling, but said they had been told not to put a lid on the cup. We were on a road trip, so I didn 't want to take more time to reorder. I will return to the Huntington location, but Teays Valley is now a drive on by location.

This Alabama girl will be visiting family again next year. This will be one of our stops. This was my 1st time trying Fat Patty's and I loved my burger. Had to bring some home cause it was alot of food.

Waiting an hour for 2 burgers and chicken sandwich and never got our food so we had to just pay for our appetizer and leave. No one else was getting their food or leaving so I guess everyone was having the same issue.
