Belly Ice Cream Company - Huntsville

Amazing ice cream place! One of my favourites in Ontario for sure. I got myself the creme brulee and carrot cake flavors. Both were amazing! From my sister I sampled the peach flavor and oh my goodness...INCREDIBLE! We sat outside in a nice seating area and also got to meet Mark the chipmunk! We were sharing later that the staff weren't exactly too friendly? We reflected that we also worked customer service before and can understand the difficulties, but there was no one else in the store except for us. This doesn't leave the greatest impression on the store, as I did read several experiences before. But I always like to see for myself instead of believing reviews. Other than this, I'm really just here for some good ice cream and that indeed, did deliver! I'll be back again in the future!

Was out with family this weekend and wanted to take kids for ice cream... found this spot and checked it out. Great selection with non boring regular flavors. Enjoyed passion fruit and the carrot cake was another big winner. 100% recommend and will be back next summer hope you add gauva and sour sop to the menu. Staff were very patient (we were big group) and friendly.

We had high hopes based on the reviews but were sadly disappointed by the rude and pretentious attitudes of the 2 young girls working the counter. The place was not busy at all and we came in with 4 kids excited to get ice cream, and possibly some tubs to take home. One of the toddlers screamed with excitement and one of the girls had the audacity to plug her ears and roll her eyes at us. When we asked questions about the flavours the girls answers were short and they seemed very annoyed. I would highly recommend some customer service training or some new hiring. We left with disappointed littles who were more than happy to go to kawartha instead.Response to your comment: actually this is the first negative review I’ve ever posted about a business. I don’t ever complain especially about small businesses but I thought this was something the owner should know about. I’m glad you feel trust for your employees but sad to see your company lose business bc of their attitude towards paying customers. Please take this review as constructive rather than a rude customer which we are far from. I Hope you never feel the shame we felt about our crying 1.5 year old who was in fact excited to get ice cream with this cousins.

The most beautiful icecream I've had! Blueberry Lavender. The perfect flavour combination with just the right amount of lavender which can be difficult to achieve with lavender flavoured food. Job well done! I wish I lived closer so I could visit often :

Ice creams tasted okay but the service was so so. There were no other customers in the afternoon that we went. And the two ladies were impatient and wished us to decide and paid ASAP, so that they could go back inside to rest.
