Taco Bell - Huntsville

No coffee at 12 noon. It's cold outside and we wanted a hot drink to go with lunch but the server said the coffee maker has been broken for 2 weeks. Forced us to go to McDonalds Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Waited 30 minutes for my order only to realize it had been lost but they acted like it was my fault and I had lied. After all that waiting I still didn’t get my correct order. Didn’t get the shredded beef, chips or chalupa made the way I had ordered. Had other customers receiving their orders ahead of me and were upset on my behave. The workers were extremely rude and had no customer service at all. The dining room is sooooo dirty. There was a bird feather on the floor, crumbs all over the floor and a dead beetle by the drink machine.

Best Taco Bell I have ever been to!! Wonderful and nice people very clean and the food was fresh. You could tell the workers all enjoyed each other!!! Keep it up!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
