Pizzaaah! well, yes, there can be some problems of a pizza shop in a food store. but, italia. after she family in Italy...and the best pizza enjoyed has nyc to offer-Spazio this pizza pie for mi familia! we do not make thick chest or deep plate...only crispy thin Italian style. bravo! (oh, btw, keep it from the food court page... forget it boxs to go. they can eat it wherever. oh, and the beer vin is a perfect compliment.
When we say we’re having a pizza night we mean Spazio’s. It’s not even a question of where we’re getting it from
Good pizza and good beer! There are lots of options for ordering your own custom pizza. Also, you have the option of picking up pizza by the slice. At 6.50 per MASSIVE slice, this is definitely a good deal. There are usually 6 beers on tap with a few local selections. There are two TVs in the dining area making this a good location for a quick bite on game day. The only reason that this isn't a five star is that the seating area tends to stay a bit dirty.
The Good, The Bad The Ugly Throughout my life and all the activity of reviewing my personal experiences so others could benefit from an informed perspective. This restaurant has been one of those places that Its even hard to understand how they survive. My visits to Spazio has always been due to Wholefoods. So, the reasons for visits have been strictly related to other factors, and I am glad for that! The Good: This location operates within the boundaries of the Wholefoods floor plan. So one of the sides of the restaurant faces the food ready section. I have tried the pizza slices you can buy while shopping for food, that works good and rarely will you find empty pizza pans. The Bad: But... everything changes when you want to order an actual pizza. In my experience, twice I have tried to order the personal size. The first time, the attendant warned me that it would take a (30) minute while..., in a mainly discouraging tone. With a hint that she was new. The second time I noticed very limited staff on site, so the 1 or two employees would actually go out of their way to avoid eye contact to prevent any activity towards customer service. The third and fourth time, I tried to approach from their in store counter section. It was in fact worst! This restaurant simply does not know how to mainly maintain a stable employee count. Much less any quality of service beyond the responsibility they must have with Wholefoods. BTW: why offer something you can not deliver? (i.e. Personal Pan Pizza) The Ugly: The service is basically non existent. The only question that remains in my head is; how do this business survive? I sincerely hope this place rectifies its situation. The ambiance is really nice! It saddens me to see this location go to waste!
